Conference participants will benefit from a range of workshops many aimed at renewing health and safety prevention strategies on key health impacts such as the musculoskeletal injuries, occupational disease, and workplace violence and harassment. Others are designed to further empower compensation advocates who support affected workers and their families.
The health and safety programs used during conference workshops are developed by the Workers Health & Safety Centre (WHSC). Workers compensation-related workshop programs are developed by the Ontario Federation of Labour Occupational Disease Response Team (OFL‑ODRT).
