OHS TRAINING FOR ONTARIO COLLEGES

Your partner in quality occupational health & safety training

Workers Health & Safety Centre (WHSC) is expanding our partnerships with Ontario colleges to offer occupational health & safety (OHS) training to post-secondary students, in aid of workplace preparedness.

WHSC’s OHS courses meet and exceed the educational requirements mandated by government legislation and provisions governing provincially and federally regulated workplaces.  Courses are developed by in-house experts, and in consultation with industry partners, just like advisory committees colleges utilize when developing new programs.

Colleges can be assured they are effectively preparing students entering co-ops or the workforce with much needed occupational health and safety knowledge and the skills employers seek to mitigate and prevent on-the-job hazards.

Quality Training

As Ontario’s official government-designated occupational health and safety training centre, WHSC offers 200+ courses, including the province’s most comprehensive instructor-led French language catalogue for public and private sector workplaces. And as an official Canadian Red Cross training partner we offer a variety of First Aid and CPR course options.
