Worker reviews WHSC health and safety posters on the right to know, right to participate and right to refuse unsafe work

POSTER RESOURCES

Legal rights and duties are best learned through quality training. But reminders posted in your workplace and/or community can help. In addition to a wide range of comprehensive training programs, the Workers Health & Safety Centre provides information resources in a variety of formats, including three popular posters providing workers with a basic awareness of their three health and safety rights:

  1. The right to know about workplace hazards and proper control measures
  2. The right to participate in workplace health and safety matters
  3. The right to refuse unsafe work.
